Cancellation of Part-time Nurses. Whenever the Employer wishes to change the work schedule of a part-time nurse, the Administrator or her/his designate, shall give notice of the change at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance of the scheduled reporting time of the nurse. In the event of failure to comply with this provision, the nurse shall receive seven and one half (7½) hours' pay. This shall not apply in cases where a change of schedule is necessary because of emergency, sickness, accident, bereavement leave, resignation or other authorized leaves of absence. Changes to the posted work schedule will be brought to the attention of the nurse personally by the Director of Nurses.
