CANCELLATION OR VARIATION a) An order may be cancelled or varied by the Client only if such cancellation or variation is accepted by Intellect IT in writing and any such cancellation or variation shall only occur on terms which provide that Intellect IT will be compensated by the Client against any costs or loss (including but not limited to loss of profit) incurred.

CANCELLATION OR VARIATION. This section refers to a Booking made direct with the Owner or on a Third Party Booking Website where the Third Party Booking Website does not define a specific policy regarding cancellation or variation. ▪ Cancellation received any time prior to 30 days before the Booking period commencement date: the Deposit (excluding any Security Bond paid) will be forfeited by the Guest and retained by the Owners as the cancellation fee. ▪ Cancellations received between 29 days prior to the Booking start date and the Booking start date: 100% of the Booking Amount (excluding Security Bond paid) will be forfeited. ▪ A variation of the Booking which reduces the number of nights stay will be a treated as a cancellation of the Booking. ▪ A variation of the Booking which moves the Booking start and end date to a new and available period will be treated as a cancellation of the Booking. ▪ If the Owners are able to re-let the Property for the period cancelled, a further refund may be made to the Guest less commissions and expenses. ▪ The Owners reserve the right to amend, cancel or vary the Booking via email to the Guest. In this case, the Owner will be refunded 100% of all monies paid to date by the Guest to the Owners.

Notice of cancellation must be received at least seven (7) days before the advertising booking deadline set out in the Media Kit or the artwork is required. If the notice of cancellation is not received by the Advertising Contact at least seven (7) days before the advertising booking deadline set out in the Media Kit, the Customer shall remain indebted to the ABC for all Fees payable in respect of the cancelled Advertisement, even if the Advertisement is not published in the Magazine. 4.2 The Customer may submit a request to vary an Advertisement previously submitted to the ABC and the ABC has an absolute and unfettered discretion to refuse to publish it. Depending on the type of variation and the timing of the Customer’s request the ABC may charge the Customer a fee for each variation the ABC agrees to make, at the rate set out in the Media Kit or otherwise as the ABC may notify the Customer from time to time.
