Common use of Cancelled Shifts Clause in Contracts

Cancelled Shifts. (a) Once a Regular Nurse has accepted an extra or relief shift as set out in Article 7.21 or Article 7.22, the Employer may not cancel the shift without the mutual agreement of the Regular Nurse.
