Capacity of Plan Supervisor. In fulfilling its duties and obligations under this Agreement, the Plan Supervisor: (i) shall act as the administrative agent of the HRA Plans, and Trusts; (ii) does not intend to be an Adopting Employer or Plan Administrator (as such terms are defined under the Plan) of the HRA Plans or with respect to the assets of such plans; and (iii) does not have any discretionary authority, control, or responsibility with respect to administration of the HRA Plans or the Trusts. In addition, the Plan Supervisor shall not be required to participate in or act in a manner that aids or assists a breach of a fiduciary’s duty.

  • Apprenticeship Supervision All apprentices shall be supervised by an appropriately qualified tradesperson.   • Training Committee The parties to this Agreement may form a Training Committee. The Training Committee will be constituted by equal numbers of Employer nominees and ETU employee representatives and have a charter which clearly states its role and responsibilities. It shall monitor the clauses of this Agreement which relate to training and ensure all employees have equal access to training.

  • Supervisor A. Within ten (10) business days from the occurrence of the matter on which a complaint is based, or within ten (10) business days from his/her knowledge of such occurrence, an employee shall file a formal written grievance. Three copies of the departmental grievance form shall be completed by the employee stating the nature of the grievance and the remedy requested from his/her departmental Management. The employee shall submit two copies to his/her immediate supervisor and retain the third copy.

  • Level Three - Superintendent Within ten (10) days of receipt of the decision rendered by the Executive Director of Human Resources, any party in interest may appeal the Director’s decision to the Superintendent, or designee, on forms provided by the School District and the Association.
