Capacity Payment Discount. Notwithstanding that the Contract Quantity of Capacity and associated energy supplied from the Facilities by Seller is subject to Unit Contingency, if the Monthly Availability shall have been, in any Month, less than the Availability Requirement for such Month, the Capacity Payment payable by Buyer in respect of such Month shall be adjusted downward by the Capacity Payment Discount, as calculated in respect of such Month as set forth in Schedule [3.3]. If the Capacity Payment Discount in respect of any Month exceeds the Capacity Payment for such Month, there shall be no Capacity Payment in respect of such Month, and Buyer shall be entitled to no other adjustments as a result of such Availability shortfall.

  • Shift Differential Pay A. An employee shall receive additional compensation at the rate of seventy five cents (75¢) per hour for all hours worked on a shift when the majority of hours worked on the shift are between 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. and in locations where these classes are regularly assigned shift work.
