Fuel Conversion Services. Seller's operation of the Facility in Combined Cycle Mode to combust Natural Gas and/or Fuel Oil in order to generate Net Electric Energy and/or Ancillary Services.

Fuel Conversion Services means the operation of the Facility by Owner to convert Fuel delivered or caused to be delivered to the Facility by HES to generate and deliver Fuel Gas to HES.

  • SECTION 3.2 Subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, during the Term, commencing with the Commercial Operation Date, Seller shall perform for ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ on an exclusive basis, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall purchase and pay for, Fuel Conversion Services.

  • SECTION 5.2 For each month of the Term after the Commercial Operation Date, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall pay Seller for Facility Capacity, Ancillary Services and Fuel Conversion Services at the applicable rates set forth in Appendix 1 to this Agreement.

  • Seller shall not offer, sell or make available any Purchased Capacity, associated energy or Other Associated Electric Products, perform Fuel Conversion Services, or Schedule and Dispatch any of the Purchased Capacity, associated energy or Other Associated Electric Products to or for any Person other than Buyer or its successors or permitted assigns.

  • For each Month during the Start-up Period and Operating Period, HES shall pay to Owner an amount equal to the Fuel Conversion Services Charge for such Month.

  • Seller shall not offer, sell or make available any Purchased Capacity, associated Energy or Other Associated Electric Products, perform Fuel Conversion Services, or Schedule and Dispatch any of the Purchased Capacity, associated Energy or Other Associated Electric Products to or for any Person other than ESI or its successors or permitted assigns.

  • For each Month during the Start-up Period there is the risk that some of the Fuel Gas will require flaring off due to the instability of the Fuel Conversion Services during the initial phases of the Start-Up Period.

  • The Consenting Party acknowledges that the Power Purchase Agreement referred to in the Assigned Agreement is the Fuel Conversion Services, Capacity and Ancillary Services Purchase Agreement, dated September 17, 1999, between ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Buyer, as such agreement may be amended, supplemented or modified from time to time.

  • Subject to the terms and conditions herein including, without limitation, Section [2.4], during the Delivery Term Seller shall perform for ESI, on an exclusive basis, and ESI shall purchase and pay for, Fuel Conversion Services.

  • In the event that Seller is required to file a copy of the Fuel Conversion Services Agreement with FERC, Seller shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to seek confidential treatment by FERC, in accordance with FERC's rules, of those portions of the Fuel Conversion Services Agreement for which ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ requests such confidential treatment.

  • Buyer will only agree to Fuel Conversion Services with plants connected to CPUC or FERC-jurisdictional pipelines.
