Card Account Application. 1.1. Agreement is concluded on the grounds of Customer’s Ap- plication for Card Services subject to Unlimint’s approval. 1.2. In order to enter into this Agreement pursuant to these Card TsC, Customer shall undergo Unlimint's effective proce- dures for establishment of business relations and account opening. 1.3. Customer may be required to either maintain or open a sep- arate Current Account, entering or having entered into an agreement with Unlimint on Current Account opening and maintenance under its terms and conditions in force, in order to enter into this Agreement for provision of Card Services, depending on the features of the Card Account and Card/Card Product applied for. In such a case, submitted Ap- plication(s) shall be considered and reviewed by Unlimint for Current Account and Card Services in accordance with the procedures in force from time to time. 1.4. Customer shall submit Application to Unlimint in an Ac- ceptance Format in accordance with Unlimint’s requirements and procedures in force and shall provide all required and requested information and documents in relation to Cus- tomer and Cardholder for performance by Unlimint of identi- fication, verification and due diligence procedures under ap- plicable law. 1.5. Application forms used by Partner Customers may vary from time to time and be available via Partner or Unlimint via the Partner User Interface. 1.6. By signing and submitting Application, Customer certifies that: • The person signing Agreement, is of legal adult capacity (being an individual over 18 years of age), being the Cus- tomer, and in case of an Authorized Person is duly au- thorized by the Customer to do so and their signature legally binds the Customer in all respects. • Customer has read and understood and expressly agrees to enter into, to follow and be bound by Agree- ment, including these Card TsC, Card FsC, General Terms and Conditions of Unlimint, agreements, terms and documents of whatever type and nature that all to- gether govern the service, provision of services and re- lationship between Customer and Unlimint; • In case of Customer’s authorised Cardholder, Customer has ensured that Cardholder has read and understood the Agreement, including these Card TsC, Card FsC, General Terms and Conditions of Unlimint, agreements, terms and documents of whatever type and nature and agrees with them and undertakes to observe them; • Card will be used exclusively by Cardholder for Custom- er's legitimate interests; • ...

  • Data Collection, Processing and Usage The Company collects, processes and uses the International Participant’s personal data, including the International Participant’s name, home address, email address, and telephone number, date of birth, social insurance number or other identification number, salary, citizenship, job title, any shares of Common Stock or directorships held in the Company, and details of all Equity Awards or any other equity compensation awards granted, canceled, exercised, vested, or outstanding in the International Participant’s favor, which the Company receives from the International Participant or the Employer. In granting the Equity Award under the Plan, the Company will collect the International Participant’s personal data for purposes of allocating shares of Common Stock and implementing, administering and managing the Plan.   • Deposit Account If you are issued a secured Card, you have signed or will be required to sign a separate security agreement pledging a specific, non-withdrawable portion of your shares and/or deposits in BECU to secure your Card. The amount of the security for such a Card is the amount of your credit limit and you may not have any access to or control of that amount.

  • Special Account Instructions You may request that we facilitate certain trust, will, or court-ordered account arrangements.   • Account Verification Whether or not a Default or Event of Default exists, Agent shall have the right at any time, in the name of Agent, any designee of Agent or any Borrower, to verify the validity, amount or any other matter relating to any Accounts of Borrowers by mail, telephone or otherwise. Borrowers shall cooperate fully with Agent in an effort to facilitate and promptly conclude any such verification process.
