Card Use. You or an Authorized User on your Account must sign your Card in order to use it. You may use your Card to buy goods and services from Merchants or to borrow cash from us at one of our branches or at other banks where the Card is honored up to the credit limit we establish for you. You must follow any and all reasonable and proper procedures required by us or the other bank or Merchant honoring the Card.
Card Use. Once your Card is active, subject to the limitations of this Agreement, you may use your Card, as applicable, to make purchases at any merchant that accepts payment using the Card, as long as you do not exceed the value available in your Account and as no purchase (whether individually or in aggregate) exceeds the transaction Limits set forth in Exhibit 2 (Transaction Limits) or transfer exceeds the limits set forth in Section VII(B) (Transfer Limitations). Exhibit 2 is incorporated herein by reference. Each time you use the Card, you authorize the Bank to reduce the value available in your Account (i.e., debit your Account) by the amount of the transaction and any applicable fees. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transfer or process any transaction for security, credit, legal/regulatory, or other reasons, as we determine in our sole discretion Subject to applicable law, you are responsible for all transactions you authorize using the Card, including any losses, charges, or penalties incurred as a result. See Section VII(G) (Liability for Unauthorized Transfers) below for additional information and limitations on your liability. You may be charged for your use of the Card at ATMs. There may be Fees associated with some of your Card transactions. The Card is the property of the Bank, and if your Account is closed or your Card privileges are cancelled, you agree to stop using the Card and destroy the Card or return the Card to the Bank, upon its request.
Card Use. The Card is a prepaid card usable wherever prepaid debit cards bearing the applicable payment card network brand (e.g. Visa or Mastercard) (“Card Network”) on your Card are accepted worldwide. The Card is not a gift card. The Card is not a device that accesses money in an individual checking or savings account. When you use your Card, you are redeeming the value on the Card and not making a withdrawal from a checking or savings account. Your Card is NOT a bank deposit account, debit card, or a charge card that allows you to make purchases or obtain advances and pay later. You may use your Card to make purchases at any merchant that accepts the Card Network’s cards, subject to your available Card Account balance and the other terms and conditions of this Agreement. You may not use your Card for any online gambling, escort services, or any illegal transaction. The Card will have a printed expiration date and the Card will expire, in accordance with applicable law, on the expiration date. If your Card Account is in good standing and you have available funds on the Card, we will issue you a new Card upon expiration. The Card is our property and is nontransferable. We may revoke or suspend your Card or any features or services of your Card at any time without cause or notice. You must surrender a revoked Card and you may not use an expired or revoked Card. You are required to notify us promptly if the Card is lost or stolen.
Card Use a) We have established the Account in your name and upon your request. You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Corporate Cardmember Agreement provided to each person who becomes a Corporate Cardmember. The current Corporate Cardmember Agreement is enclosed in the Corporate Card Carrier and is made a part of this Agreement.
b) The Corporate Cardmember is the only person who may use the Corporate Card bearing his or her name for Charges, for identification or for any other purpose.
c) You will only be liable for the following charges:
(I) Charges which were authorized by you or were used for your business purposes, and for which you have not reimbursed the Corporate Cardmembers;
(II) Charges incurred during the period between the date the Corporate Cardmember’s employment is terminated for any reason and the date that we receive notification in writing and we acknowledge receipt of notification of such termination together with your instructions to cancel the Corporate Card issued to such employee; and
(III) Annual Card fees, if you have chosen to receive central billing for such fees
d) We reserve the right to deny authorisation of any charge you or a Corporate Cardmember wish to make. Also, we may discontinue or suspend a Corporate Cardmember’s use of the Card, inside or outside Thai territory, at any time and without notice to you or the Corporate Cardmember, for any reasons relating to the credit status of you or the Cardmember, or the Card Account, the value or type of the transaction, the balance outstanding, fraud dishonesty or otherwise in accordance with the laws or regulations of the relevant jurisdiction.
e) You agree to provide us with any information that we reasonably and lawfully request about a Corporate Cardmember’s use of a Corporate Card and to supply us with any documentation or support related to that use which we may request. You also agree to cooperate with us in any investigation, litigation or prosecution arising in connection with the use of a Corporate Card.
f) We may revoke the Corporate Cardmember’s right to use the Corporate Card in respect of a particular transaction at any time at our absolute discretion and without giving you or the Corporate Cardmember any notice.
g) You agree to notify us immediately if a Corporate Cardmember’s employment is terminated for any reason, whether voluntarily or involuntarily, and the effective date of such termination. You also agree to immediately cancel the...
Card Use. Once approved, you will receive a line of credit with a credit limit determined by us. You agree that your credit limit is the maximum amount (purchases, cash advances, interest charges, plus other charges) that you will have outstanding on your account at any one time. If you are over your credit limit, you must pay the amount you are over before payments will begin to restore your credit limit. You may use your card(s) for goods and services from merchants and others who accept Visa. However, this Visa account may not be used for any illegal transaction. If you wish to pay for goods or services over the Internet, you may be required to provide card number security information before you will be permitted to complete the transaction. If our system is not working, we may not be able to authorize
Card Use. To make a purchase or cash advance, you must comply with the Credit Union’s procedures for authorizing such transactions. You may present your Card to a participating Visa plan merchant, to us or to another financial institution, and sign the sales or cash advance draft which will be imprinted with your Card. You may complete the transaction by using your PIN in conjunction with the Card in an Automated Teller Machine (ATM) or other type of electronic terminal that provides access to the Visa system. You may authorize a purchase transaction with merchants by providing your Card account number and expiration date for transactions over the telephone or Internet. The monthly statement will identify the merchant, electronic terminal or financial institution at which transactions were made, but sales, cash advance, and credit or other slips cannot be returned with the statement. You will retain the copy of such slips furnished at the time of the transaction in order to verify the monthly statement. The Credit Union may make a reasonable charge for photocopies of sales slips you may request. You may not use the Card for any illegal or unlawful transaction, including Internet gambling transactions, and we may decline to authorize any transaction that we believe poses an undue risk of illegality or unlawfulness.
Card Use. 4.1 The Card entitles the Customer, within the credit card or cash withdrawal limits (“Spending Limits”) to buy goods and services from mer- chants and service providers (“Acceptance Points”) participating in the worldwide card net- work (e.g., American Express, Mastercard, Visa; collectively referred to as “Card Network”).
4.2 If provided by Swisscard for the relevant Card, the Customer may also make cash withdraw- als from certain bank counters and ATMs.
4.3 Swisscard may adjust or restrict the possible uses of the Card at any time (e.g. with respect to the amount or certain Acceptance Points, coun- tries or currencies) or else provide additional pos- sibilities of use of the Card (e.g. paying for Trans- actions using a credit balance in bonus and loyalty programs or paying for invoices by Card).
4.4 The Customer may use the card only within the limits of his financial capacities. In particular, the Customer must not use the Card if insolvent or whenever it appears likely that he will not be able to meet his financial obligations. Card use for purposes that are unlawful or in breach of contract is prohibited. No Transactions are permitted in countries in which there are relevant sanctions and embargoes against card use. 4.5 Card use and charging of the Card Account (each of which shall be referred to as a “Transac- tion”) shall deemed to have been approved by the Customer in the following cases:
a. In the case of card payments on site (includ- ing cash withdrawals at bank counters or from ATMs): With (i) the signing of the trans- action receipt (the signature must match the signature on the Card and the Acceptance Point may require the presentation of an of- ficial identity document); (ii) entry of the PIN code or (iii) mere card use (e.g. at automated points of payment [parking garage, motor- way] or with contactless payment).
b. In the case of distance payments (e.g. via in- xxxxxx, by app, over the telephone or by corre- spondence): by specifying the name printed on the Card, the card number, the expiry date and (if requested) the card security code (CVV, CVC). It may also be necessary to enter an mTAN (see 5.1b), a password or approval via the Swisscard Online service (see 6).
c. By using other Means of Identification autho- rized by Swisscard to that purpose (see 5) or in other ways agreed on with Swissc...
Card Use. You may use your VISA Check Card at ATMs of this Credit Union, PLUS, Star, American Express, VISA and such other machines or facilities as we may designate from time to time. Over 55,000 local, regional and national ATMs are available, surcharge-free, through the Allpoint network. You may use your VISA Check Card to buy goods and services any place VISA is honored. Funds to cover your card transactions will be deducted from your account. If the amount of money in your checking account will not cover the transaction amount, we will then access your designated Overdraft Protection source or Line of Credit.
a. Withdraw cash from your checking, savings, Money Market or Line of Credit.
b. Transfer funds between your savings or checking accounts. Other ATM or “Point of Sale” networks allow withdrawals or purchases only. You also are able to make deposits at Securityplus FCU owned ATMs only.
Card Use. I may use my Card(s) to obtain advances of money from you through Purchase transactions, Cash Advance transactions, and other transactions you permit from time to time. The use of the Account, the Card and the PIN is governed by this Agreement. I must not use my Card(s) after the expiration date shown on it or after you have revoked any of the rights and privileges attached to the card or after
Card Use. Business represents and warrants, on behalf of itself and its Employees, that the Cards will only be used for business purposes.
