Career Development Consultation Sample Clauses

Career Development Consultation. (a) The parties to this Collective Agreement acknowledge the mutual benefits to be derived from consultation on Career Development. To this effect the parties agree that such consultation will be held through the existing Joint Consultation Committee. (b) The employer recognizes the use of consultation concerning Career Development and training for the purpose of sharing information, discussing training needs of the membership, promoting understanding of those needs and reviewing and evaluating the impact and benefits of all training.
