Caregiving Leave. An employee may be entitled to a general leave of absence to care for her child, children, spouse, parents or sibling for a maximum of six (6) months, with the possible extension of six (6) months; without pay when she requires such leave for good and sufficient cause. Such requests shall be in writing and approved by the Executive Director. Approval shall not be withheld unreasonably.
