Common use of Carer’s Leave Clause in Contracts

Carer’s Leave. An Employee may access accrued personal leave for the purposes of ▇▇▇▇▇’s Leave if the Employee has members of their immediate family, or members of their household, who require care or support whilst they are ill. Where the Employee has used all available sick leave, the Employee may access an additional 2 days unpaid leave per occasion. The employee shall provide proof to the Company, by way of medical certificate, of the illness or injury.

Carer’s Leave. An Employee may access accrued personal leave for the purposes of ▇▇▇▇▇’s Leave if the Employee has employee with responsibilities in relation to either members of their immediate family, or members of their household, who require need their care may use accrued personal leave to provide care or support whilst for them when they are ill. Where the Employee employee has used all available sick leave, the Employee employee may access take an additional 2 two (2) days unpaid leave per occasion. The employee shall provide proof to the Companycompany, by way of medical certificate, of the illness or injury.
