Carpet Spot Cleaning. Buildup, spillage or crusted material shall have been removed along with spots, smears and stains. There shall be no evidence of fuzzing caused by harsh rubbing or brushing of carpet. Spot cleaned areas shall blend with adjacent areas.
Carpet Spot Cleaning. Carpets shall be checked daily for stains and gum. All dirty spots/stains/gum shall be treated with a carpet spot cleaning solution, following the direction of the manufacturer for the specific carpet and stain involved. After cleaning, the carpet shall be free from visible spots, gum and stains, and the nap should be brushed all in one direction. A single spot or stain is defined as an area with a definite continuous outline of a substance within the texture of the carpet (or less than 4 inches in diameter) that is not a part of the manufacturing process.
Carpet Spot Cleaning. Spot cleaning of carpets shall be included, which may or may not include extraction. Hot water carpet cleaning is not included and shall be an option for this contract.
Carpet Spot Cleaning. Daily An effort will be made to remove carpet spots and stains. Tile Floors—Daily All tile floors will be dusted daily and mopped as needed. Extreme care shall be exercised in all mopping so as to avoid splashing walls, furniture, or carpet. All tile floors will be buffed as required to maintain a lustrous finish. Water Coolers—Daily Water coolers shall be cleaned and polished. Main Lobby and Corridor Floors Mop floors daily and buff as required to maintain a lustrous finish. Elevators—Daily Interior surfaces and all doors to be spot cleaned for fingerprints. Entrance Door Glass—Daily All entrance door glass shall be spot cleaned. Stairways and Landings—Weekly Spot cleaning of walls and doors will be done weekly. Handrails, ledges, fire points, and miscellaneous hardware will be cleaned weekly. Day xxxxxx will be responsible for sweeping and mopping stairwells and landings weekly. Elevators—Monthly Carpets will be shampooed as needed.
Carpet Spot Cleaning. Spot cleaning of the carpet areas should be accomplished per manufacturers specifications indicated in Attachment B. Spot cleaning will be done to maintain carpet in a responsible manner. Entry mats shall be spot cleaned as required.
