General Tasks. 1. The Agency may, upon a request of the European Parliament, the Council or the Commission, or on its own initiative, provide an opinion or a recommendation to the European Parliament, the Council and the Commission on any of the issues relating to the purpose for which it has been established.
2. At the request of the Agency, the national regulatory authorities, the ENTSO for Electricity, the ENTSO for Gas, the [Regional Coordination Centres], the EU DSO entity, transmission system operators and the nominated electricity market operators shall provide the information necessary for the purpose of carrying out its tasks under this Regulation, unless the Agency has already requested and received it. For that purpose the Agency shall have the power to issue decisions. In its decisions the Agency shall specify the purpose of the request, make a reference to the legal basis under which the information is requested, and state a time limit within which the information is to be provided which shall be proportionate to the request. The Agency shall use confidential information received pursuant to this Regulation only for the purpose of carrying out the tasks assigned to it in this Regulation. 1. The Agency shall provide an opinion to the Commission on the draft statutes, list of members and draft rules of procedure of the ENTSO for Electricity in accordance with Article 26(2) of [OP: recast Electricity Regulation as proposed by COM(2016) 861/2] and on those of the ENTSO for Gas in accordance with Article 5(2) of Regulation (EC) No 715/2009 and on those of the EU DSO entity in accordance with Article 50(2) of [OP: recast Electricity Regulation as proposed by COM(2016) 861/2].
2. The Agency shall monitor the execution of the tasks of the ENTSO for Electricity in accordance with Article 29 of [OP: recast Electricity Regulation as proposed by COM(2016) 861/2] and of the ENTSO for Gas in accordance with Article 9 of Regulation (EC) No 715/2009 and of the EUDSO entity in accordance with Article 51 of [OP: recast Electricity Regulation as proposed by COM(2016) 861/2].

General Tasks. The Contractor and the Industrial team shall conduct a rigorous AIV programme with due consideration to the specific requirements coming from all payload elements, inclusive TDPs; the requirements for TDP’s are defined in Annex M. At system level the Alphasat testing shall complete the required qualification process for both the platform and the payload elements by adopting a proto-flight approach to testing. Environmental testing shall include: • Mechanical Testing; sine, acoustic, shock (launcher and appendage release) • Thermal Vacuum • Radiated and Conducted EMC (including RF auto-compatibility) In support of the generic platform characterisation, the Contractor shall include system mechanical dynamic testing with both full and empty main propulsion tanks; the test levels in the empty tank configuration shall envelope the requirements of all the launch vehicles defined in the Satellite System Requirements Document, Annex B of this contract. All major testing phases shall be preceded by a formal Test Readiness Review and concluded with a Test Review Board to which Inmarsat and ESA shall be invited. Participation of TDP suppliers in all phases of the spacecraft testing shall be as defined in Annex M to this contract. Inmarsat and ESA shall be invited to witness all phases of the Alphasat testing.

General Tasks. Serve as a facilitator and liaison for county, city, and transit interests, and as a conduit for MTC and ABAG for work with local jurisdictions, addressing federal and State requirements, assisting in corridor studies, disseminate information to local agencies on funding sources and requirements, regional programs, collecting data for MTC purposes, etc. Participate in the Bay Area Partnership Board, committees, and working groups. Assist MTC in evaluating, implementing and disseminating technical planning tools.
General Tasks. The Town’s Owner Representative will provide the following general services throughout the design, procurement, and construction phases of the project:
1. Confirm all project consultant team, staff members, and Selectboard and committee members are aligned with the Town’s project goals and actively working towards achieving those.
2. Provide monitoring of project management activities, including agreed-upon project management tools (e.g. software).
3. Furnish advice and consultation with the Selectboard with respect to design, engineering, scope of the work, budget and cost estimating, general contractor and subcontractor qualifications, scheduling, and construction.
4. Establish lines of communications for the project.
5. On behalf of the Town, review requests for information for planning, permitting, building deconstruction, new garage construction and related bidding needs, including (with Selectboard approval) bidding requests, construction proposal review, participate in negotiations, and oversight of work, including contract enforcement.
6. Identify for the Selectboard any risks associated with budget overruns, missed deadlines, overlooked regulatory requirements, etc. and help the Town appropriately manage and mitigate them. Based on guidance from the Selectboard, provide recommendations about potential solutions to issues rising at any stage of the project.
7. Track schedule and progress throughout all phases of the project, helping ensure the project scope is carried out on time and according to budget and meeting the Town’s interests.
8. Provide regular updates about project issues and progress to the Town Selectboard, including brief written reports and attendance at Selectboard meetings (in person or remotely), which are held in the evenings twice a month.
9. Assist the Town in preparing final project evaluation for any contracted work throughout the project, conducting the evaluations on a timely basis as each work product is completed.
