Common use of Carried-over leave Clause in Contracts

Carried-over leave. A senior salaried employee shall be entitled to save the part of the holiday days (winter and summer) that the employee has earned in excess of 18 days each holiday year, to be taken later as carried-over leave under section 27 of the Annual Holidays Act.
