Carrier Change. If, during the life of this agreement, it becomes necessary for the Employer to change carriers, the Employer agrees to meet with the Union in advance of such action and receive and consider input from the Union.
Carrier Change. The Galion Education Association shall have the right to make a formal request to the Galion Board of Education to change carriers for any approved insurance plans. The Board shall look at the request by the Association and determine if the matter warrants action in this particular direction.
Carrier Change. B.5.8.1 The Board may change the carrier of any benefit plan (other than OHIP) provided that any benefits provided by such other carrier are at least equivalent to the pre- sent benefits in this Collective Agreement.
