Cash Card Usage/Fees. The Cash Card may be used to (i) purchase items/goods/services at accredited merchants; (ii) withdraw cash thru designated automated teller machines (“ATM”); (iii) balance inquiry; (iv) change Cash Card Personal Identification Number (“PIN”) for ATM and POS use, thru ATM; (iv) pay bills; and (v) such other uses as may be allowed by BDO. BDO reserves the right to impose fee/s for Cash Card usage in such amount/s as it may reasonably determine. All Cash Card purchase and/or withdrawal transactions in US Dollars made outside of the Philippines, shall be converted into its Philippine Peso equivalent, while purchases and/or withdrawal transactions in third currency shall be converted into US Dollars prior to conversion into their Philippine Peso equivalent. All US Dollar and Philippine Peso conversions shall be based on the prevailing BDO Foreign Exchange Rate at the time of transaction which shall be deemed as valid and binding upon the Card/Account Holder. Applicable foreign exchange xxxx-up rate is also applied to cover service fee and assessment fees charged by Mastercard.

  • Credit Card Payments If You pay for the APEX Service using a credit card (to the extent available), then: (a) You authorize Dell to periodically charge Your credit card for the APEX Service fees; (b) You will be subject to any additional terms presented to You by the third-party credit card payment processor (which will be the merchant of record for that transaction); and (c) You are responsible for keeping Your credit card information up to date. You agree that Dell may request that Your credit card payment issuer pre-authorize and hold an amount equal to the next recurring fee (or an estimate if the fee is variable) for the APEX Service in advance of its due date.

  • ATM Fees If you use an ATM to obtain a cash advance and the ATM is not operated by us, you may be charged an ATM surcharge by the ATM operator or an ATM network utilized for such a transaction. The ATM surcharge may be charged to your account if you complete the transaction.

  • Program Fees Stripe will provide the Issuing Platform Services to you and the Stripe Issuing Services to Stripe Issuing Accountholders at the rates and for the fees described on the Stripe Pricing Page, unless you and Stripe otherwise agree in writing. In addition to the fees, you are also responsible for any penalties imposed on you or Stripe in relation to your use of the Issuing Platform Services. Fees and penalties may include periodic fees, foreign transaction fees, penalties for misuse, funds transfer fees, account maintenance fees, Card issuance or replacement fees, and penalties for late or failed payments. All fees or penalties you owe are in addition to amounts owed for Card Transactions and Card accounts associated with each Stripe Issuing Account. Stripe may change fees or penalties by providing Stripe Issuing Accountholder advance notice before revisions become applicable to Stripe Issuing Accountholder, subject to Law.

  • Processing Fees The Borrower acknowledges that processing fee as mentioned in the Schedule hereto has been paid by the Borrower.

  • Collection Fees If collection fees are assessed or attorney’s fees are expended by the University in the process of obtaining unpaid housing charges, the student will be responsible for the payment of those fees in addition to the unpaid housing charges.

See Appendix L for details related to the boundaries of the above-mentioned metropolitan areas. The metropolitan areas also include any location outside the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States. Employees who meet the eligibility requirements for two (2) or more consecutive meals shall be reimbursed for the actual costs of the meals up to the combined maximum reimbursement amount for the eligible meals.

  • Overage Fees Your storage capacity and bandwidth (“Storage Capacity”) and your number of Authorized Users and Active Users licenses may be limited as specified in the applicable Order Form or the support terms of the Agreement and you agree that any additional Storage Capacity Authorized End User and Active Users in excess of what is contemplated in the applicable Order Form or the support terms of the Agreement may be subject to additional fees. Any failure by Blackboard to timely invoice for any overages due under this paragraph shall not constitute a waiver of your obligation to pay such fees.

  • Transaction Fees The State of Florida, through the Department of Management Services, has instituted MyFloridaMarketPlace, a statewide eProcurement system pursuant to section 287.057(22), F.S. All payments issued by Customers to registered Vendors for purchases of commodities or contractual services will be assessed Transaction Fees as prescribed by rule 60A-1.031, F.A.C., or as may otherwise be established by law. Vendors must pay the Transaction Fees and agree to automatic deduction of the Transaction Fees when automatic deduction becomes available. Vendors will submit any monthly reports required pursuant to the rule. All such reports and payments will be subject to audit. Failure to comply with the payment of the Transaction Fees or reporting of transactions will constitute grounds for declaring the Vendor in default and subject the Vendor to exclusion from business with the State of Florida.
