The following products and services and other products and services that constitute, relate to or are ancillary to such products and services, in whole or in part, are not allowed to be offered and sold, and are defined by BDO as “Restricted Service”: a.1. a.2. a.3. a.4. a.5. a.6. a.7. a.8. a.9. a.10. a.11. a.12. a.13. a.14. a.15. a.16. Pornographic or illicit material or activities of any type; Adult-toy materials that BDO may deem inappropriate; Sex toys and the like; Prescription drugs and medicines; Escort services; Gambling operations, including “virtual casinos”, “gaming transactions” and “online casinos”; Firearms, ammunitions, and explosives; Merchant engages in “receipt of payment in advance” operation module; Pyramid selling or multi-levels commission earning structure; Timeshares and other investment schemes; Payment and money transfer portals; Inbound or outbound telemarketing; Goods, products, services or distributions prohibited by applicable law or the rules, regulations or directive of the Card/Digital brands or Goods, products, services or distributions of any class or type, whether or not similar to those specified above, which upon notice by BDO to MERCHANT, are identified by BDO (in its sole discretion) to be Restricted Service; Goods or services which are similar to or compete with any of the goods or services offered by BDO; Such other products or services which BDO may inform MERCHANT in writing.

  • Licence Restrictions Except as expressly set out in this XXXX or as permitted by any local law, you agree:

  • Export Restrictions EXPORT OF THE SOFTWARE IS PROHIBITED BY UNITED STATES LAW. The Fund hereby authorizes Custodian to report its name and address to government agencies to which Custodian is required to provide such information by law.

  • Routing for Operator Services and Directory Assistance Traffic For a Verizon Telecommunications Service dial tone line purchased by MLTC for resale pursuant to the Resale Attachment, upon request by MLTC, Verizon will establish an arrangement that will permit MLTC to route the MLTC Customer’s calls for operator and directory assistance services to a provider of operator and directory assistance services selected by MLTC. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement in accordance with, but only to the extent required by, Applicable Law. Verizon will provide this routing arrangement pursuant to an appropriate written request submitted by MLTC and a mutually agreed-upon schedule. This routing arrangement will be implemented at MLTC's expense, with charges determined on an individual case basis. In addition to charges for initially establishing the routing arrangement, MLTC will be responsible for ongoing monthly and/or usage charges for the routing arrangement. MLTC shall arrange, at its own expense, the trunking and other facilities required to transport traffic to MLTC’s selected provider of operator and directory assistance services.
