Common use of Cash-In Clause in Contracts

Cash-In. All hours of cashable annual leave in excess of four hundred and eighty (480) hours, unless converted to cashable sick leave under Subsection (B) below, shall be paid in cash to the employee in the next pay period following the last full pay period in December. The employee’s factored rate of pay as of the last day in the last full pay period of December will be utilized for the leave cash-in rate.
