Debit Transactions. In respect of all debit Transactions, Merchant agrees as follows:
a. to provide to PSiGate the information required to complete PSiGate’s security compliance certification program, as required by the Interac Association; and
b. to respond to any tracing request for an Interac debit transaction in accordance with IDP 5 (Interac Operating Regulations - IDP 5- Transaction Settlement, Settlement Agents and Dispute Resolution).
Debit Transactions. Robinhood will initiate an ACH debit at My request to debit funds from an account that I own at another financial institution (“External Account”) for deposit into My Account. I understand that in order for Robinhood to initiate an ACH debit, the financial institution holding my External Account must participate in the ACH system. I understand that for the ACH transfers to be established, at least one common name must match exactly between My Account and My External Account. I authorize Robinhood to take such steps as it deems appropriate to verify my ownership of External Account, including by telling the bank at which such External Account is held that I have authorized and consented to such bank disclosing to Robinhood any information that Robinhood may request about Me or My External Account. I also agree to cooperate with Robinhood’s verification of my ownership of such External Account by promptly providing any identification and/or other documentation that Robinhood may request regarding such External Account. I represent and warrant that there are sufficient funds in My External Account to cover the amount of the deposit to My Account. Robinhood will initiate the ACH debit to My External Account on the Business Day or next Business Day after I request the transfer. A transfer request will be deemed to have been made on a Business Day if it is received by Robinhood by 7:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) on such Business Day; if received after that time, the transfer request will be deemed to have been made on the next Business Day. Within 60 days of the date of My ACH deposit, My funds may only be withdrawn to the External Account from which such funds were deposited. I understand that an ACH debit transfer may be reversed or rejected if: (A) there are insufficient funds in My External Account; (B) there is a duplicate transaction;
Debit Transactions. Secured Party may but shall not be required to offer Debtor the option of paying any of Debtor's obligations to Secured Party through printed checks ("Debit Transactions") drawn pursuant to this authorization upon Debtor's checking account, using Debtor's checking account number, bank routing code and other information which Debtor provides to Secured Party prior to the first Debit Transaction. Debtor authorizes Secured Party to initiate Debit Transactions from Debtor's checking account in the amount necessary to pay the installment payments, delinquency charges, or such other amounts as may now or hereafter be due hereunder or under any other present or future agreement with or which is held by Secured Party, plus a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) for each Debit Transaction initiated by Secured Party. In the event applicable law prohibits or restricts the amount of such fee, the fee chargeable under this provision shall be limited and/or restricted in accordance with applicable law. Secured Party may from time to time increase or decrease the Debit Transaction fee upon prior written notice addressed to Debtor's last known address as shown on the records of Secured Party and such increase or decrease shall be effective as stated in the written notice. Unless prohibited by applicable law, Debtor's continued use of Debit Transactions after the effective date specified in such notice shall conclusively establish Debtor's agreement to pay the new Debit Transaction fee stated therein. Debtor authorizes Secured Party or any officer, employee or designee of Secured Party to endorse Debtor's name as drawer on any printed check drawn in accordance with this authorization. Until cancelled by Debtor, this authorization shall be valid for all Debit Transactions Secured Party initiates in payment of Debtor's obligations hereunder or under any other present or future agreement with or which is held by Secured Party. This authorization may be canceled at any time by Debtor giving at least three (3) business days prior written notice to Debtor's bank and Secured Party. Payment by Debit Transactions is not required by Secured Party nor is its use a factor in the approval of credit.
Debit Transactions. Unless otherwise agreed, debit transactions on the account shall be executed provided that the account shows a sufficient available balance in advance. The Client may: – issue cheques. The Bank shall settle the amount of issued cheques except in the ev ent of ref usal: lack of av ailable f unds, stop-payment, irregular endorsement, closed account, etc. Said pay ment obligation shall be discharged one y ear after expiry of the presentation deadline, – pay f or purchases of goods or serv ices by bank card. The presented transactions shall be debited f rom the account in accordance with the prov isions agreed upon in a special agreement, – withdraw cash f rom cash point machines (ATM), in particular those of the Bank, or on the Bank’s multi-function ATMs by using his/her payment card (and possibly by using a dedicated card when the Bank offers one). Cash withdrawals made by bank card shall be debited immediately from the client account, – settle drawdown notices, transfers by xxxxxx’s order: the Client may request that his/her account be debited to another account in favour of the Client or a third party. Account statements shall be provided to the Client by means of his/her chosen method of receipt, either in paper f ormat sent by post, or v ia his/her secure personal area in “My Online Banking” in accordance with the conditions hereinafter titled “e-statements” and prov ided that a transaction has been recorded since the last statement. Said account statements are provided to the Client on a monthly basis, free of charge. For account statements sent in paper format, the Client and the Bank may agree on more f requent intervals, subject to the payment of fees set out in the charges leaflet in f orce. The entries shown on the account statement include two dates: – The book entry date or the transaction date used to determine the account balance as well as the outcome of payment facilities issued on it, – the v alue date, taking into account the time frames necessary for completing the transaction (for example, when the Client deposits a cheque for collection, the v alue date takes into account the time it takes for the Bank to cash this cheque). The v alue date is the date used to calculate any interest for the period. If the Client does not make any complaints within 3 months of receiving said statement, the transactions shall be considered to be approved unless proven otherwise. Debit Transactions. All debits to your Prepaid Card must be made using the card number. You may not provide or use your account number and routing and transit number for any debits to the Prepaid Card.
Debit Transactions. To initiate payment orders under this modality, the Contracting Party must be the holder or co-holder of a demand account opened at CaixaBank, hereinafter the "Associated Account". If the Associated Account is opened in the name of several holders, the Contracting Party's powers of disposal must be indistinct or joint and several. Otherwise, all co-holders must expressly consent to the debiting of payment transactions initiated from the card. Payment orders initiated by means of the Card under the "debit" modality will be debited immediately from the Associated Account with the value date of the day on which they are made.

Account statements are provided to the Client by means of their chosen method of receipt, either in paper format sent by post, or via their secure personal area in “My Online Banking” in accordance with the conditions hereinafter titled “e-statements”, and provided that a transaction has been recorded since the last statement. Said account statements are made known to the Client on a monthly basis, free of charge. For account statements sent in paper format, the Client and the Bank may agree on more frequent intervals, subject to the payment of fees set out in the charges leaflet in force. The entries shown on the account statement comprise two dates: – The date of entry on the account or the transaction date used to determine the account balance, as well as the outcome of payment facilities issued on it, – the value date, taking into account the time frames necessary for completing the transaction (for example, when the Client deposits a cheque for collection, the value date takes into account the time it takes for the Bank to cash this cheque). The value date is the date used to calculate any interest for the period. The absence of complaint by the Client within a period of 3 months from receiving said statement shall be deemed to be approval of those transactions, unless proven otherwise. Debit Transactions. Unless otherwise agreed, debit transactions are carried out on the express condition that the account presents a prior, sufficient and available provision. The sums are debited from the Client's account on the day of the transaction. The Client may carry out the following debit transactions: opposition, irregular endorsements, account closed, etc. This payment obligation expires one year after the expiry of the deadline for presenting the cheque for payment.
Debit Transactions. Merchant’s sponsorship into and access to the Debit Networks shall be provided by Debit Sponsor. Merchant will comply with all rules and requirements of Debit Sponsor and will promptly complete and return all documents and forms requested by Payline or Debit Sponsor in connection with the sponsorship of Merchant into any Debit Network. The Debit Networks available to Merchant may be modified by Payline or Debit Sponsor at any time in their sole discretion and without notice to Merchant.
Debit Transactions. Without the prior consent of the Bank, the Account may not operate in debit position. As a result, before any cheque is issued, and generally before the conducting any transactions resulting in a debit, the Customer shall make sure that the Account shows sufficient and available funds. In order to perform debit transactions, the Customer may use the payment facilities provided by the Bank under the terms described hereinafter in Article 5-1 regarding means of payment.
