CASH WITHDRAWALS AND TRANSFERS. 1. The Cardholder can use the Card to access cash from Automated Teller Machines ("ATMs") located at branches of the Card Issuer Bank and from other locations as decided periodically subject to the additional terms applicable to usage of ATMs.
