Common use of Casual Occasional Teacher Clause in Contracts

Casual Occasional Teacher. Leave with pay shall be granted in any case where, because of exposure to a communicable disease on site and during a teaching assignment, an occasional teacher is quarantined or otherwise prevented by order of the Medical Officer of Health or designate from attending to his/her duties. The occasional teacher must provide proof of a job request to qualify for this leave.
