Purpose 1. 2.1 The requirement for SCOGES is to implement, provide and utilise a national repository of all gas Meter Points in Great Britain, covering all Transporters. The purpose of this Schedule is to define a means to deliver this in industry governance; 1. 2.2 In accordance with and subject to the provisions contained within Standard Special Condition A31 of the Large Transporter‟s licences and Condition 31 of the Small Transporter‟s licences, Transporters are required to implement, operate and maintain Supply Point information services. One of the ways this obligation is being met is through use of SCOGES; 1. 2.3 In accordance with Standard Special Condition A15(7) of the Large Transporters‟ licences services provided in accordance with Standard Special Licence Condition 31 and acknowledged under Schedule 23 shall be performed on a „User Pays‟ basis as set out in the Large Transporters‟ Agency Charging Statement (ACS). The ACS will set out the scope for „User Pays‟ services and the prices associated with such services; 1. 2.4 The operation of SCOGES requires regular data inputs from all Transporters to make sure that the information is relevant and therefore an obligation is placed in this Schedule on all Transporters to provide this data.

It poses risks to the health and safety of employees of the City of Minneapolis and to the public. To reduce those risks, the City has adopted this LOA concerning drugs and alcohol in the workplace. This LOA establishes standards concerning drugs and alcohol which all employees must meet and it establishes a testing procedure to ensure that those standards are met. This drug and alcohol testing LOA is intended to conform to the provisions of the Minnesota Drug and Alcohol Testing in the Workplace Act (Minnesota Statutes §181.950 through 181.957), as well as the requirements of the federal Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988 (Public Law 100-690, Title V, Subtitle D) and related federal regulations. Nothing in this LOA shall be construed as a limitation upon the Employer's obligation to comply with federal law and regulations regarding drug and alcohol testing. The Human Resources Director is directed to develop and maintain procedures for the implementation and ongoing maintenance of this LOA and to establish training on this LOA and applicable law.
