CDL Physicals. The City of Xxxxxx agrees to pay for CDL physicals that are required for certain positions within the Unit. The City will pay the fee for the physical in full if it is obtained by the City’s provider, currently Occupational Medicine Associates, 000 X. Xxxxxx Xxx, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000. CDL physicals are required every two years in order to stay current and the City will pay this fee every two years. It is the responsibility of the employee to schedule the physical and to have it billed back to the city. It is also the responsibility of the employee to provide proof of fitness for duty per the results of this physical. This was agreed to in the last negotiations for the 2009 contract.
