Certification agreement. (IATF Rules 3.1)
a) the client shall notify DEKRA Certification of any changes (See IATF Rules 3.2);
b) the client cannot refuse an IATF witness audit of DEKRA Certification;
c) the client cannot refuse the presence of a DEKRA Certification internal witness auditor;
d) the client cannot refuse the presence of an IATF representative or their delegates;
e) the client cannot refuse the request of DEKRA Certification to provide the final report to the IATF;
f) the only use of the IATF logo related to this certification scheme is as displayed on and as an integral part of the certificate issued by DEKRA Certification. Any other uses of the IATF logo separately or not, is prohibited;
g) consultants to the client cannot be physically present at the client´s site during the audit or participate in the audit in any way. A violation of one of the clients obligations in clause 2.1 must be considered as material breach of the certification contract and may result in a withdrawal of the certificate as stated in clause 2.9
Certification agreement. This Agreement: A legally binding and enforceable agreement between the Applicant and OmniAir regarding party responsibilities, legal considerations and certification services and activities. Certification or Conformity Assessment Program – The foundational governance, procedures and management to conduct conformity assessment of a product to standards-based requirements for the purpose of certification. Certification Body – A legal entity or defined team within a legal entity which functions as a third-party conformity assessment body and operates specific certification programs.
Certification agreement. The certification body shall have a legally enforceable agreement for the provision of certification activities to its client. In addition, where there are multiple offices of a certification body or multiple sites of a client, the certification body shall ensure there is a legally enforceable agreement between the certification body granting certification and issuing a certificate, and all the sites covered by the scope of the certification.
Certification agreement. The following provisions shall apply to all Agreements entered into by DEKRA Certification in which the Other Party is granted the right to make use of a certificate, certification marks and/or attestations of conformity (“certification”) and such Agreements shall herein be referred to as "Certification Agreements". Only written Certification Agreements signed by both parties are valid and binding. These General Terms and Conditions shall be supplemental to the terms of the Certification Agreement.
Certification agreement. The lender shall submit with the application an agreement on a form prescribed by the Commissioner and executed by the bor- rower and the lender.

Certification agreement. 2.1 The client shall comply with the following requirements in addition to those specified in the Agreement Form:
a) To fulfill the certification requirements including product requirement as specified in the document “Checklist for Production Control Ready Mixed Concrete”, the certification process described in the document “RMCPCS Certification Process” and the requirements specified in this document as applicable and the changes in them as communicated by IAPMO I from time to time;
b) The certified RMC Plant and its processes always fulfils the certification requirements;
c) The liability on account of non-conforming processes shall rest with the certified RMC plant;
d) To make all necessary arrangements for the conduct of the initial and recertification onsite audit/evaluation, surveillance onsite audits/valuations (announced and unannounced), onsite special/short notice audits/evaluations for the purpose of complaints investigation, etc. It shall also include provision for examining documentation and records, and access to the relevant equipment and facilities, products, location(s), area(s), personnel, and client's subcontractors;
e) The client shall make claims regarding certification only in respect of the location and the scope for which certification has been granted;
f) The client shall endeavor to ensure that no certificate or report nor any part thereof is used in a misleading manner;
g) Keeps a record of all complaints made known to the client relating to the compliance with certification requirement and to make these records available to the certification body for its verification. The client shall also agree to take appropriate action with respect to such complaints and any deficiencies found in products/process in accordance with the requirements of the Scheme;
h) The client shall inform IAPMO I, without delay, of matters that may affect its ability to conform to the certification requirements. These shall include changes in:
i. The legal, commercial, organizational status or ownership, ii. Organization and management (e.g. key managerial, decision-making or technical staff), iii. Contact address and production sites/premises,
Certification agreement. 3.1. ICBC authorizes the Facility to Certify Trainees who successfully complete the Approved Course offered by the Facility, as candidates for licensing by ICBC with a Class 1 Driver Training Instructor’s licence, a Class 6/8 Driver Training Instructor’s licence, an Air Brake Instructor Certificate of Qualification, and/or a designation on a Driver Training Instructor’s licence.
3.2. In the case of an applicant for a Class 1 Driver Training Instructor’s licence for Practical or Theoretical Driver Training, ICBC authorizes the Facility to Certify Trainees who successfully complete the Class 1 MELT Orientation Course referred to in Schedule C of this Agreement.
3.3. ICBC may, in its sole discretion, waive the requirements for further examinations for Driver Training Instructors Certified by the Facility under paragraph 3.1.
3.4. Despite the foregoing, ICBC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to require the following:
3.4.1. that a Trainee trained under this Agreement be required to take additional Training as specified by ICBC from time-to-time, in order to be licensed as a Driver Training Instructor, Certified as an Air Brake Instructor, or to receive a designation on a Driver Training Instructor’s licence;
3.4.2. that a Trainee trained under this Agreement be examined by an ICBC representative, as to the Trainee’s fitness and ability to act as a Driver Training Instructor pursuant to MVAR B.C. Reg. 26/58;
3.4.3. that the Facility revise its Training Program, should ICBC change its requirements for course content and/or delivery method;
3.4.4. that the Facility revise the content and conduct of its Assessments, should ICBC change its requirements for Assessment content and/or delivery method.
3.5. The parties recognize and acknowledge that Certification of a Trainee by the Facility and waiver of testing requirements by ICBC does not guarantee the issuance of a Driver Training Instructor’s licence, an Air Brake Instructor certificate, or a designation on a Driver Training Instructor’s licence, without compliance by the Trainee with any medical or driver fitness requirements, or other requirements established by the Superintendent of Motor Vehicles, or by ICBC at their sole discretion.
Certification agreement. Comply with any requirements that may be prescribed in the certification scheme that relate to the use of marks of conformity, and on information related to the product. Furthermore, applicant cannot make claims regarding certification which is not consistent with the scope of certification.
