Certification/Licensure Cost Reimbursement. 1. The Board shall reimburse bargaining unit members for all costs assessed by the Ohio Department of Education for the renewal of up to two (2) teaching certificates/licenses being used for employment in the Xxxxx-Xxxxxxx School District.
