Certification/Licensure Cost Reimbursement. 1. The Board shall reimburse bargaining unit members for all costs assessed by the Ohio Department of Education for the renewal of up to two (2) teaching certificates/licenses being used for employment in the Xxxxx-Xxxxxxx School District. 2. The Board shall also reimburse the cost for any background checks (BCI, FBI, etc.) required by the ODE or the school district relative to the certification/licensure renewal process.
