Certified Aerial Bucket Truck and Certified Digger Xxxxxxx Tests. Only approved and certified aerial bucket trucks and certified digger derricks with upper and lower controls equipped with insulated booms, that have satisfactorily passed the testing requirements set out in Items 1 through 5 below, and displaying the dated certification decal, shall be considered appropriate for use by workers gloving voltages up to 15 KV.
