Chairing of Meetings and Secretariat Function a) In accordance with the principles of partnership the APF will appoint two joint Chairs: one shall be the Employee Director; the other the Chief Executive for strategic policy issues and the Director of Human Resources and Organisational Development for Human Resources policy and related matters.

  • Chairman and Secretary The Local Union shall select the Union representatives and the Chapter shall select the management representatives.

  • Staff Meetings Staff meetings, whether in the store or off the premises, shall be considered as time worked and paid for accordingly, except meal meetings at which the attendance is voluntary. Such meal meetings in excess of three (3) during each Contract year shall be considered as time worked and paid for accordingly.

  • Scheduling of Meetings Either party may request a meeting of the UFE- Management Committee by sending a written request, including a description of the issue(s) to be addressed, to the other party. When requested, a Committee meeting will be scheduled at a mutually acceptable time and place. Provided that so long as the Academy Trust holds its first Annual General Meeting within eighteen months of its incorporation, it need not hold it in the year of its incorporation or in the following year.   • Place of Meetings All meetings of the shareholders shall be held at the principal office of the Trust or at such other place within the United States as shall be designated by the Trustees or the President of the Trust.

  • Labour Management Meetings The committee meeting shall normally be held every second month however, either party may call a meeting of the Joint Labour Management Committee. The meeting shall be held at a time and place fixed by mutual agreement but no later than fourteen (14) calendar days after the initial request, unless mutually agreed.

  • Joint Meetings 10.1(a) Should either party desire to discuss with the other any matter affecting generally the relationship of the parties, a meeting of Union and management representatives shall be arranged upon request of either party.   • Annual Meetings The Annual Meeting of Stockholders for the election of directors shall be held on such date and at such time as shall be designated from time to time by the Board of Directors. Any other proper business may be transacted at the Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
