Change in Laws and Regulations. 31.1 Unless otherwise specified in the Contract, if after the date of 30 days prior to date of Tender submission, any law, regulation, ordinance, order or bylaw having the force of law is enacted, promulgated, abrogated, or changed in Kenya (which shall be deemed to include any change in interpretation or application by the competent authorities) that subsequently affects the Delivery Date and/or the Contract Price, then such Delivery Date and/or Contract Price shall be correspondingly increased or decreased, to the extent that the Supplier has thereby been affected in the performance of any of its obligations under the Contract. Notwithstanding the foregoing, such additional or reduced cost shall not be separately paid or credited if the same has already been accounted for in the price adjustment provisions where applicable, in accordance with GCC Clause 15.
Change in Laws and Regulations.
19.1. Unless otherwise specified in the Contract, if after the Bid due date any law, regulation, ordinance, order or bylaw having the force of law is enacted, promulgated, abrogated, or changed in India where the sites is located (which shall be deemed to include any change in interpretation or application by the competent authorities) that subsequently affects the project delivery, then such delivery shall be correspondingly amended, to the extent that the AMISP has thereby been affected in the performance of any of its obligations under the Contract.
19.2. The Party affected by a change in law shall give notice giving details of the likely impact of the change in law. The Parties shall negotiate in good faith to place the affected party at the same economic position as if no change in law had occurred. Provided only such change in law events which have financial impact beyond a threshold of [1% of the Contract Value] are to be considered for the purposes of grant of relief to the affected Party.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, such additional or reduced cost shall not be separately paid or credited if the same has already been accounted for in the price adjustment provisions where applicable, in accordance with GCC Clause 15.

32.2 For purposes of this Clause, “Force Majeure” means an event or situation beyond the control of the Supplier that is not foreseeable, is unavoidable, and its origin is not due to negligence or lack of care on the part of the Supplier. Such events may include, but not be limited to, acts of the Procuring Entity in its sovereign capacity, wars or revolutions, fires, floods, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, and freight embargoes.

Change in Laws and Regulations. 27.1 Unless otherwise specified in the Contract, if after the date of the Contract, any law, regulation, ordinance, order or by-law having the force of law is enacted, promulgated, abrogated, or changed in the particular area of Eswatini where the Site is located (which shall be deemed to include any change in interpretation or application by the competent authorities) that subsequently affects the Delivery and/or the Contract Price, then such Delivery and/or Contract Price shall be correspondingly increased or decreased, to the extent that the Provider has thereby been affected in the performance of any of its obligations under the Contract. Notwithstanding the foregoing, such additional or reduced cost shall not be separately paid or credited if the same has already been accounted for in the price adjustment provisions where applicable, in accordance with GCC clause 13.
Change in Laws and Regulations. (35.1) Unless otherwise specified in the Contract, if within twenty (20) Working Days after the Effective Date, any law, regulation order or bylaw having the force of law is enacted, promulgated or changed in Rwanda (which shall be deemed to include any change in interpretation or application by the competent authorities) that affects the agreed Delivery Date, Completion Date and/or the Contract Price, then those shall be correspondingly amended to the extent that the Supplier has thereby been affected in the performance of any of its obligations under the Contract.
(35.2) Notwithstanding clause (35.1), such additional or reduced cost shall not be separately paid or credited if the same has already been accounted for in the price adjustment provisions where applicable.
Change in Laws and Regulations. (a) the installation of the Goods by the Supplier or the use of the Goods where the Site is located; and
(b) the sale in any country of the products produced by the Goods. Such indemnity shall not cover any use of the Goods or any part thereof other than for the purpose indicated by or to be reasonably inferred from the Contract, neither any infringement resulting from the use of the Goods or any part thereof, or any products produced thereby in association or combination with any other equipment, plant, or materials not supplied by the Supplier, pursuant to the Contract.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, such additional or reduced cost shall not be separately paid or credited if the same has already been accounted for in the price adjustment provisions where applicable, in accordance with GCC clause 13.
