Change in Status Notification. When the District issues Notices of Employment (XXX) by this name or any other “title” to bargaining unit members and or at any time there are any subsequent changes in employment status of a bargaining unit member position(s); the District will issue a change of status of employment notice to the CSEA Chapter President within ten days of the date of the change. The notice to the President shall include: Name of the employee; title of the position(s); start and stop time of the position; total work hours of the position(s); location of the work assignment(s); number of work year days for the position(s).

  • Termination In the event that either Party seeks to terminate this DPA, they may do so by mutual written consent so long as the Service Agreement has lapsed or has been terminated.
