Change in Status In the event of any substantive change in its legal status, organizational structure, or fiscal reporting responsibility, Contractor will notify HCA of the change. Contractor must provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than thirty (30) calendar days after such a change takes effect.
Change in Guidelines Prior to Sentencing The defendant agrees that if any applicable provision of the Guidelines changes after the execution of this plea agreement, then any request by defendant to be sentenced pursuant to the new Guidelines will make this plea agreement voidable by the United States at its option. If the Government exercises its option to void the plea agreement, the United States may charge, reinstate, or otherwise pursue any and all criminal charges that could have been brought but for this plea agreement.

Change in Terms We may change the terms and charges for the services shown in this Agreement and may amend this Agreement from time to time upon proper notice to You.
Change in Agreement Any change deemed necessary in this Agreement may be made by mutual agreement at any time during the life of this Agreement.
Change of Status Contractor shall immediately notify H-GAC, in writing, of ANY change in ownership, control, dealership/franchisee status, Motor Vehicle license status, or name. Contractor shall offer written guidance to advise H-GAC if this Agreement shall be affected in any way by such change. Waiver or Change of Policy Provisions A waiver or change of a provision of this policy must be in writing by us to be valid. Our request for an appraisal or examination will not waive any of our rights.
Contract Renegotiation, Suspension, or Termination Due to Change in Funding If the funds DSHS relied upon to establish this Contract or Program Agreement are withdrawn, reduced or limited, or if additional or modified conditions are placed on such funding, after the effective date of this contract but prior to the normal completion of this Contract or Program Agreement:
