CHANGE OF VESSEL. If Owner intends to substitute a different vessel for that referred to, the Port gives no assurance that the berthage assignment designated will accommodate such other vessel or that another berthage assignment will be available. Therefore, no vessel shall be substituted for that referred to without the prior approval of the Port. If the vessel represented is moored in another berth, it will be subject to monthly moorage fees, unless specifically authorized by the Port.

CHANGE OF VESSEL. Should the Permit Holder wish to change the vessel the Sailing Committee’s written agreement must be sought prior to the vessel being brought into the Club’s mooring area. Agreement may, without limitation, be conditional upon: -
CHANGE OF VESSEL. 3.5.1 The Operator shall be entitled to provide the Approved Services employing a vessel other than XX Xxxxxx but no substitute or replacement vessel shall commence provision of the Approved Services or any part thereof until the Scottish Ministers have approved the use of such substitute or replacement vessel and the Operator has obtained and has provided to the Scottish Ministers in relation to that substitute vessel all of the following documents all in form and substance satisfactory to the Scottish Ministers:
