Change Orders and Extra Work. 5.1 The Owner may order changes in the Work within the general scope of the Agreement consisting of addition, deletions or other revisions (“Extra Work”) and the Contract Price and the time of completion shall be adjusted accordingly. Adjustments, if any, in the Contract Price resulting from any such change in the Work shall be determined as follows: A. To the extent that the change involves an increase or decrease in the quantity of items for which unit prices are set forth in the Agreement, the Contract Price will be adjusted by changing the quantities and the Contractor and Owner will not be entitled to any change in the unit price. B. To the extent that the change involves Work for which there is no applicable unit price, the parties will attempt to agree upon an equitable adjustment.
