Work as directed. Each Employee will perform such work as the Employer will lawfully require having regard to safe practice and the level of competence and qualifications of the Employee.

Work as directed. 6.3.1 The employee will work in accordance with the duties of the position as discussed between the employer and employee, and as determined by the employer, to the best of the employee’s skills, competence and training and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement. 6.3.2 The employee may be required by the employer to perform any duties within the limits of the employee's skill competence and training. 6.3.3 The employer may vary the employee’s duties provided the variation is reasonable and the duties are within the employee’s skills, competence and training. 6.3.4 The employee will fulfill and obey all lawful directions, orders and policies of the employer as advised from time to time. 6.3.5 The employee will not at any time, except in case of illness or injury or other unavoidable cause, be absent from the service of the employer without the employer’s prior consent. 6.3.6 The employee will devote the whole of the their time, attention and skill during normal business hours and at other times as reasonably required to perform the their duties. 6.3.7 The employee will agree to wear any uniform deemed suitable by the employer whilst at work.
Work as directed. Within the limits of their skills, competence and training, employees shall undertake their duties as directed and use any tools and equipment as required for the efficient performance of those duties. Employees recognise the need to be flexible in the performance of their duties and may be required to perform a wider range of duties including work which is “incidental or peripheral” to their main task. AER commits not to promote deskilling through requiring this degree of flexibility.

  • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager.
