Changes in Calendar. The school district reserves the right if school is in session to cancel any designated holiday and establish another holiday in lieu thereof. Furthermore, in the event school is closed and the principal loses a duty day, the principal shall perform duties on such other day in lieu thereof as the school district shall determine.

Changes in Calendar. Any modification of the approved individual calendar for any teacher, if required by extraordinary circumstances, shall be decided by mutual agreement of the teacher and the supervisor. Requests for calendar modifications shall not be subject to the grievance and/or mediation process. Any such calendar modification shall be submitted to the designated regional officials as specified in subsection B.
Changes in Calendar. In the event a change is needed in the calendar, the Director of Schools shall solicit input from the above groups concerning the needed changes before he/she makes the recommendations to the Board. The Board, after hearing recommendations, will consider the changes necessary. Emergency changes in the school calendar shall be made by the Director of Schools as the need arises.

  • Changes in Service This Agreement is made in good faith based upon the present and projected conditions and the quality of the equipment and/or Property, as well as its present ownership and management.
