Changes in Orders. The City reserves the right at any time to make changes in any one or more of the following: (a) methods of shipment or packing; (b) place of delivery; and (c) quantities. If any change causes an increase or decrease in the cost of or the time required for performance, an equitable adjustment may be made in the price or delivery schedule, or both. Any claim for adjustment shall be evidenced in writing and approved by the City Purchasing Director prior to the institution of the change. PAYMENT
Changes in Orders. AAIPharma shall exercise its commercially reasonable efforts to comply with any proposed amendments to accepted Firm Orders that Company may request, but AAIPharma shall not be liable in any way for its inability to do so. Firm Orders may be amended only by mutual agreement of the Parties.

AAI DS shall exercise its commercially reasonable efforts to comply with any proposed amendments to accepted Firm Orders that Purchaser may request, but AAI DS shall not be liable in any way for its inability to do so. Firm Orders may be amended only by mutual agreement of the parties and such amendments shall not affect the Minimum Order Requirement.
Changes in Orders. The Manufacturer shall exercise its commercially reasonable efforts to comply with any proposed amendments to Firm Commitments that AAI may reasonably request, but Manufacturer shall not be liable in any way for its inability to do so. Firm Commitments may be amended only by mutual agreement of the Parties.
Changes in Orders. Except as otherwise set forth in this Agreement, in no event shall BUYER be entitled to alter, revise, change or cancel any Purchase Order, in whole or in part, without the written consent of PANASONIC. In the event of such alteration, revision, change or cancellation of a Purchase Order, BUYER shall compensate PANASONIC for the losses, damages, costs and expenses incurred as a result of such alteration, revision, change or cancellation of a Purchase Order, and the parties shall negotiate an equitable adjustment to the agreed price for the affected Products.
Changes in Orders. The Manufacturing Party shall use commercially reasonable efforts to comply with changes to Delivery dates and locations in Firm Orders, as well as requests for Commercial API or Marketed Product, as the case may be, in excess of [***]% of the forecasted amount for a Delivery Month when such Delivery Month was the [***] Month prior to the Delivery Month in the rolling forecast delivered pursuant to Section 5.2, but shall not be obligated to do so.
Changes in Orders. Inyx shall exercise its commercially reasonable efforts to comply with proposed amendments to purchase orders that King may request after sending a purchase order to Inyx.

DSM shall exercise its commercially reasonable efforts to comply with any proposed amendments to accepted Firm Commitments that AAI may request, but DSM shall not be liable in any way for its inability to do so. Firm Commitments may be amended only by mutual agreement of the Parties.
Changes in Orders. ARIAD shall use good faith efforts to comply with increases to Firm Orders that MEDINOL may request after receipt thereof by ARIAD, but shall not be obligated to do so.
Changes in Orders. Other than changes to the "ship to" or "xxxx to" ----------------- addresses which may be changed at any time at least ten (10) business days prior to shipment or billing, changes by Customer to an Order which has been previously accepted by Seller (a "Change Order"), are subject to acceptance by Seller. In the event Seller accepts a Change Order and such change affects Seller's ability to meet its obligations under the original order, any Invoice Price, shipment date or Services completion date quoted by Seller with respect to such original order is subject to change. Seller will provide to Customer written quotations and expected completion dates for any requested Change Orders.
