Changes Not Requiring Change Order. Changes in the Maintenance Services or requirements in the CMA Documents that have no net cost effect on the Maintenance Price may be approved in writing by TxDOT as a Deviation, and in such event shall not require a Change Order. Any other change in the requirements of the CMA Documents shall require either a Directive Letter or a Change Order. For purposes of this Section 10.12, the provisions regarding “Deviations” set forth at Section 2.1.2.4 of the Design-Build Agreement are incorporated herein by reference, mutatis mutandis.

  • Permanent Schedule Changes Employees’ workweeks and work schedules may be permanently changed with prior notice from the Employer. Overtime-eligible employees will receive ten (10) calendar days’ written notice of a permanent schedule change. The day notification is given is considered the first day of notice.
