Changes to Existing Classifications/Positions. a) Where the Employer makes a substantive change to the nature of the job duties or where the Employer requires a reclassification, or where the employee considers his job duties to have changed substantively so as to warrant placing the employee in a new classification, the employee may request a review of his classification and adjustment to his rate of pay.
