Temporary Performance of Higher Duties. (a) Where the Employer designates an Employee to temporarily perform the duties of a higher paid in-scope classification, for a period of one (1) day or longer, the Employee shall be paid a premium of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour or such higher amount as may be determined by the employer.

Tuition Fees Tuition fees for employer required classes or education shall be paid by the employer. An employee may request funding for additional educational opportunities of the Board. The Board shall not unreasonably deny requests that may contribute to the performance of ones work duties.
