CHARITY DRIVES. The EMPLOYER and the UNION mutually agree that the employees in the unit will be encouraged to participate in charity drives endorsed by higher authority for solicitation at USMA. In no instance shall the EMPLOYER or the UNION exercise any pressure on an employee to contribute to a charity to which an employee does not wish to contribute; nor will any reprisal action be made against an employee who refrains from contributing.

CHARITY DRIVES. 15.01 The Employer and Union agree that bargaining unit employees will be encouraged to participate in worthwhile charity drives; however, no employee will receive pressure to contribute to a charity to which the employee does not wish to contribute. The parties also agree that no rights or privileges that would otherwise be extended to any employee in the unit will be withheld, nor any reward be given or reprisal be made against any employee who contributes or refrains from contributing to any charity drive.
CHARITY DRIVES. The Employer will notify the Union prior to the start of any charity drives. The Employer will use no compulsion, harassment, coercion or threats of reprisal to solicit contributions. Employees may make confidential gifts by placing their contributions in a sealed, unmarked envelope. Individual contributions from Employees will not be made public.
CHARITY DRIVES. The UNION agrees to cooperate with the EMPLOYER in truly voluntary charity drives and to lend its support to these worthy causes. In conducting these drives, the parties will be guided by appropriate regulations which provide that no compulsion or reprisals will be tolerated; confidential gifts may be made by placing contributions in sealed envelopes; individual employees should not be contacted a second time after the initial contribution; and no lists will be kept showing the names of the contributors and amounts of the contributions, except those that are necessary to properly administer the program.
