Charter Board Composition. The composition of the School’s Governing Board shall at all times be determined by and consistent with the School’s articles of incorporation and bylaws, and all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and policies. The Charter Holder shall notify the Commission of any changes to the School’s Governing Board members or their contact information within 48 hours of the change.
