Charter Board Composition. The composition of the Charter Board shall at all times be determined by and consistent with the Articles and Bylaws and all applicable law and policy. The roster of the Charter Board is attached to this Certificate as Appendix E (the “Board Roster”). The Charter Board shall notify the Authorizer of any changes to the Board Roster and provide an amended Board Roster within five (5) business days of their taking effect.
