Charter Term. The State Board grants this Charter to Petitioner to operate the Charter School for a five-year term beginning on July 1, 2011 and expiring on June 30, 2016.
Charter Term. The SCSC grants this Charter to Petitioner to operate the Charter School for a five-year term beginning on July 1, 2024 and expiring on June 30, 2029.
Charter Term. The term of the Charter shall commence on the Effective Date and end forty-five (45) days after completion of the fifth (5th) school year of the School.

This Charter may be extended upon the request of either Party for a maximum of two (2) consecutive terms after the Initial Term, namely 1 January 2013 to 31 December 2013 (the “First Extension Term”) and 1 January 2014 to 31 December 2014 (the “Second Extension Term”) provided that: (a) the Charter shall only be extended for one (1) year each time; (b) any extension shall be subject to the mutual consent of the Parties; (c) the requesting Party shall, at least [*] prior to the expiry of the current term (the Initial Term or the First Extension Term, as the case may be) send to the other Party notice in writing of its intention to extend the Charter for one (1) year after the expiry of the current term; and (d) the requesting Party is not in default of this Charter at the time of sending the aforesaid extension notice and at all times before the expiry of the current term. Unless otherwise agreed by the Parties, all terms and conditions of this Charter shall remain the same in, as may be applicable, the First Extension Term and the Second Extension Term and “Charter Term” shall be construed to include the Initial Term and, as may be applicable, the First Extension Term and the Second Extension Term.

The notification must be received at least [2 hours] prior to the end of the current term; and (d) the requesting Party is not in default of this Charter at the time of sending the extension notice and at all times before the expiry of the current term. Unless otherwise agreed upon by the Parties, all terms and conditions of this Charter shall remain the same, as may be applicable, the Initial Term and the Extension.
Charter Term. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions of this Charter, the Owner hereby charters and demises to the Charterer and the Charterer hereby hires, and takes on demise, from the Owner, the Vessel. Except as otherwise provided in this Charter, the term of this Charter (the “Charter Term”) shall continue from (x) the date of delivery of the Vessel to the Head Owner as nominee of the Seller, delivery by the Head Owner to the Owner under the Bareboat Charter and delivery by the Owner to the Charterer under this Charter in accordance with the terms of Section 4(a) (the date of such occurrence being in this Charter called the “Delivery Date”) up to and through (y) the date falling sixty (60) months following the Delivery Date.
Charter Term. 2.1 – The Charter Term, and any renewals, are set forth in the Specifications.
