Check-Off Payments. (a) The Employer shall deduct from each employee bi-weekly, the dues, assessments and initiation fee as levied by the Union on its membership in conformity with its constitution. (b) The Union shall supply a copy of the constitution to the Employer; also any amendments thereto which may be adopted from time to time.
