Employees to be Members. As a condition of employment, all Employees of the Employer who are now members of the Union shall remain members in good standing of the Union according to the constitution and by-laws of the Union. As a condition of employment, all new Employees who are members of the bargaining unit as defined in Article 3 shall become and remain members in good standing of the Union within thirty (30) days of employment.
Employees to be Members. Subject to Article 3.01, all present members shall, as a condition of continued employment, remain members in good standing of the Union according to the Constitution and Bylaws of the Union. All new employees shall, as a condition of continued employment, become and remain members in good standing in the Union within thirty (30) days of employment. All present employees occupying positions within the jurisdiction of Local 1767 who are not members as of January 1st, 1977 shall be deducted dues and assessments in amounts determined by the Annual General Meeting of Local 1767 but shall not be required to join and become members of the Union. Expulsion shall not constitute cause for loss of employment.

All employees covered by this Agreement, as a condition of continued employment, shall become and remain members in good standing of the Union according to the constitution and by-laws of the Union, and shall authorize release to the Union information as listed in Article 4.03
Employees to be Members. Any employee who is eligible for membership, commencing on the day of employment, shall, as a condition of continued employment, become and remain a member in good standing in the Union.
Employees to be Members. Any employee who is eligible for membership, commencing employment after the signing of this agreement, shall, as a condition of continued employment, become and remain a member in good standing in the Union within the probationary period.
Employees to be Members. Any employee covered by this agreement, who was in the employ of the Employer prior to the Canadian Union of Public Employees being certified as the collective bargaining agent for the employees referred to in Article 3.01 hereof shall become a member of the Union.

As a condition of employment all new employees who are members of the bargaining unit shall become and remain members in good standing of the Union within ninety (90) days of employment or at the end of their probationary period whichever is greater.
Employees to be Members. (a) All present employees covered by the terms of this Agreement shall as a condition of employment become and remain members in good standing of the Union.
(b) All new employees covered by the terms of this Agreement shall within thirty (30) days of their employment, become and remain members in good standing of the Union as a condition of employment.

All Employees to be Members: All employees covered by this Agreement may become and remain members in good standing of the Union, according to the constitution and by-laws of the Union. All future employees of the Employer shall, as a condition of continued employment, become and remain members in good standing in the Union within thirty (30) calendar days of employment with the Employer. Check-Off: All employees covered by this Agreement shall pay Union dues. Such dues, the amount of which shall be established by the Union, are to be deducted from the employee's first pay cheque and forwarded to the Secretay-Treasurer of the Local Union not later than the 15th day of the month following, accompanied by a list of the names of all employees from whose wages the deductions have been made.
