Cheque Holds. When you make a deposit by cheque, EFT, or other negotiable instruments in Canadian currency using Exchange Network ATMs or the Deposit Anywhere™ service, a hold will be applied on the funds as follows:  Accounts less than 90 days active: all funds will be held for eight (8) business days after the day you make the deposit.  Accounts active greater than 90 days: funds will be held for up to five (5) business days after the day you make the deposit when the deposit is less than $1,500 or for up to eight (8) business days after the day of the deposit if the deposit is greater than $1,500. The first $100 of your cumulative deposits for the day will be made available on the next business day following the date on which your funds were deposited. If the amount of your total deposits is less than $100, we will make the full amount available. While there is a hold on your Account, and where permitted or required under applicable legislation:  Amounts may be released to your Account at our sole discretion; and  The hold period may also be extended in order to safeguard the security of your Account. We may extend the maximum hold period in the following circumstances, including (but not limited to) where:  We have reasonable grounds to believe there may be illegal, fraudulent or improper activity in relation to your Account;  The cheque of other Instrument is not encoded with magnetic ink character recognition or is damages such that it is not readable by operational systems (for example, if damaged or mutilated);  A cheque or other instrument has been endorsed more than once; or  A cheque or instrument has been deposited at least six months after the date of the cheque.

  • NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS (NSF CHECKS) If the Tenant pays the Rent with a check that is not honored due to insufficient funds (NSF): (check one) ☐ - There shall be a fee of $ per incident. ☐ - There shall be no fee.

  • Funds Transfers With respect to each Instruction for a Cash transfer, when the Instruction is to credit or pay a party by both a name and a unique numeric or alpha-numeric identifier (e.g., IBAN or ABA or account number), BNY Mellon and any other bank participating in the Cash transfer will be entitled to rely solely on such numeric or alpha-numeric identifier, even if it identifies a party different from the party named. Such reliance on an identifier will apply to beneficiaries named in the Instruction, as well as any financial institution that is designated in the Instruction to act as an intermediary in such Cash transfer. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Parties will be bound by the rules of any transfer system used to effect a Cash transfer under this Agreement.

  • ACH & Wire Transfers If we provide the service, you may initiate or receive credits or debits to your account through wire or ACH transfer. You agree that if you receive funds by a wire or ACH transfer, we are not required to notify you at the time the funds are received. Instead, the transfer will be shown on your periodic statement. We may provisionally credit your account for an ACH transfer before we receive final settlement. We may reverse the provisional credit or you will refund us the amount if we do not receive final settlement. When you initiate a wire transfer, you may identify either the recipient or any financial institution by name and by account or identifying number. The Credit Union (and other institutions) may rely on the account or other identifying number as the proper identification even if it identifies a different party or institution.

  • Pay Cheques R-1 Payment of wages will be made by depositing the net amount payable to the Employee to the credit of the Employee's designated account at any Kent County chartered bank that utilizes a computer banking transfer system. All Employees and all future Employees, as a condition of employment, shall sign an authorization to permit the payment of wages as referenced above. An Employee who is underpaid a minimum of seventy-five ($75.00) as a result of a payroll error, upon request, will have a separate cheque issued to her/him as soon as possible but no later than two (2) working days (payroll working days) following the request.

  • RETURNED CHECKS (NON-SUFFICIENT FUNDS) If the Tenant pays the Rent with a check that bounces due to insufficient funds: (check one) ☐ - The Tenant will be required to pay a fee of $ per incident. ☐ - The Tenant will NOT be required to pay a fee.

  • Wire Unbundled DS1 Digital Loop This is a designed 4-wire Loop that is provisioned according to industry standards for DS1 or Primary Rate ISDN services and will come standard with a test point, OC, and a DLR. A DS1 Loop may be provisioned over a variety of loop transmission technologies including copper, HDSL-based technology or fiber optic transport systems. It will include a 4-Wire DS1 Network Interface at the End User’s location.

  • Payslip The private employment agency is obliged to provide the temporary agency worker with a statement for every financial wage payment and at least on a monthly basis in writing or electronically. On request the temporary agency worker shall receive the payslip in writing. The payslip shall include the following details:
