Common use of CHILD ABUSE REPORTING Clause in Contracts

CHILD ABUSE REPORTING. Contractor shall establish a procedure acceptable to County to ensure that all employees, volunteers, consultants, sub-contractors or agents performing service under this Agreement report child abuse or neglect to a county welfare department as defined in California Penal Code, Section 11165.9.

Contractor Consultant shall establish a procedure acceptable to County the County’s Human Services Agency to ensure that all employees, volunteers, consultants, sub-contractors subcontractors, or agents performing service under this Agreement contract report child abuse or neglect to a county County welfare department agency as defined in California Penal Code, Section 11165.911165.9 et seq.
