CHILD ABUSE REPORTING. CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all known or suspected instances of child abuse or neglect are promptly reported to proper authorities as required by the Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act, California Penal Code sections 11164, et seq. CONTRACTOR shall require all of its employees, consultants, and agents performing services under this Agreement who are mandated reporters under the Act to sign statements indicating that they know of and shall comply with the Act’s reporting requirements.

CHILD ABUSE REPORTING. CONTRACTOR shall ensure must develop and maintain a written child abuse reporting procedure. CONTRACTOR hereby agrees that all known or suspected instances of staff members, including volunteers, are familiar with, and agree to adhere to child abuse or neglect are promptly reported to proper authorities reporting obligations and procedures as required by the Child Abuse and Neglect Reporting Act, specified in California Penal Code sections 11164, et seqsection 11166. CONTRACTOR A written statement acknowledging the legal requirements of such reporting and verification of staff adherence to such reporting shall require all of its employees, consultants, be submitted to the State and agents performing services under this Agreement who are mandated reporters under the Act to sign statements indicating that they know of and shall comply with the Act’s reporting requirementsFederal Programs Department.
