Common use of Child Bearing Support Leave Clause in Contracts

Child Bearing Support Leave. An employee whose spouse gives birth to a child shall be granted three (3) days off with pay to be taken on the date of birth of the child or within ten (10) days thereafter. The Employer also agrees to grant additional time off without pay, up to seven (7) calendar days, to said employee if they so desire. Child Bearing Support leave shall be in addition to any parental leave the employee may be entitled to.

Child Bearing Support Leave. An employee whose spouse gives A regular full-time employee, who did not physically give birth to a the child shall be granted three a leave of absence of two (32) days off with pay to be taken on at the date time of the birth or adoption of the child or within ten (10) days thereafter. The Employer also agrees to grant additional time off without pay, up to seven (7) calendar days, to said employee if when they so desire. Child Bearing Support leave shall be in addition to any parental leave assume care and custody of the employee may be entitled tochild during the normal work week.
