Common use of Child Bearing Support Leave Clause in Contracts

Child Bearing Support Leave. An employee shall be granted a leave of absence of one (1) day with pay at the time of the birth or adoption of the couple’s child when the birth occurs or when they assume assumes care and custody of their adopted child during the normal work week.
