Child Bearing Support Leave. Employees not entitled to maternity leave shall be granted a three (3) day child bearing support leave of absence without pay which shall be taken within seven (7) calendar days following the birth or adoption of their child. Said employee may also request an additional seven (7) calendar days off, without pay, if so desired. Child bearing support leave shall be in addition to any parental leave the employee may be entitled to.
