The Employer agrees to grant an employee who is the parent of a new child but one not physically giving employees whose spouse gave birth to that childtheir child a one (1) day leave of absence, three with pay, for each child and up to a further seven (37) days off without loss of pay at unpaid leave if requested by the time of birthemployee. Child Bearing Support leave shall be in addition to parental leave.
