Common use of Child Clause in Contracts

Child. A child is the biological, adopted or formally placed, xxxxxx care child, step child or legal xxxx of the employee requesting leave and under eighteen years of age or eighteen years and over but certifiably incapable of self-care because of mental or physical impairment.
