Childbearing. Disabilities In cases of disability arising from pregnancy, miscarriage, abortion, childbirth and recovery therefrom wherein the employee has not accrued sufficient temporary disability leave credits to extend through the course of normal disability, the District will provide additional leave beyond the employee's accrued temporary disability leave so that the total of both accrued leave and temporary disability leave will not exceed forty-five (45) days.
